We’ve been using this crossdock facility in Tacoma for several months now and it’s been a game changer for us. They handle LTL and FTL equally well, with fast reloading and short wait times. Their docks are clean, well-managed, and optimized for quick turnaround — which is critical for our high-volume retail shipments. What’s really impressive is their flexibility: we’ve scheduled transfers late in the day, and even on weekends, without any disruption. They also offer temperature-controlled holding, which has helped for certain sensitive SKUs. Communication is solid — dispatch always knows where things stand, and we get proactive updates if anything shifts.
